Crataegus douglasii
Small, slow-growing tree or large shrub with clusters of small white flowers in spring. ¼ inch blackish purple fruit in fall are prized by birds and other wildlife. Impressive thorns can grow to 2″ long. Pollinators and hummingbirds like the flowers.
