Are you looking for a fun activity this Spring Break? Join us in celebrating World Water Day (March 22) by participating in “The Great Raindrop Scavenger Hunt” in 3 parks: Bush Pasture Park, Ankeny Hill Nature Center and Keizer Rapids Park. The Great Raindrop Scavenger Hunt is a self-guided digital scavenger hunt that will run March 1-31, 2024

The theme for 2024 World Water Day is focused on peaceful cooperation around clean water. Access the clues for these hunts via your smartphone to explore the hidden world of water with opportunities to learn about how individuals and municipalities care for our water resources.  This event is part of Winter Wildlife Field Days.

Water is the building block of life. By drawing attention to our water resources and connecting community to information about where we get our drinking water and how pollutants enter our waterways, we hope to spark inspiration to get involved locally to improve water quality.
