Nottinghamshire Farms was established in 2018 by Anthony and Amanda Stevens.  They named their farm after Nottinghamshire county, which was where Anthony was born in England (Robin Hood County) and also where they were married. Amanda was born and raised in Saint Paul, Oregon. Anthony and Amanda met in New Zealand while working on farms
