Beautiful ornamental shrub with flowers that may be white to pink to deep red. Blooms early to late spring, with bluish fruits in late summer. Flowers attract hummingbirds and butterflies. Tart fruits are eaten by birds and can be used for jams or pies. This is one of our most prized native plants for yards and gardens!
